Refunds are only available if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
No refunds will be granted once a certificate of completion has been issued.
Refunds for subscription plans are not available for partially used periods.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@growonelife.com with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
If technical issues prevent access to a course, GrowOneLife will attempt to fix the issue or issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional purchases.
Bundled courses are refundable only if none of the included courses have been started.
Gifted courses are non-refundable.
Third-party processing or bank fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Urgent or express coaching services, once delivered, are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
Users in regions with mandatory refund rights will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
Refunds will not apply to digital materials already downloaded or accessed.
In exceptional cases (e.g., documented emergencies), discretionary refunds may be issued.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that online learning services are subject to specific refund limitations.
GrowOneLife is not liable for indirect damages, personal decisions, or reliance on course advice beyond its intended scope.
